I entered our
Surrey Hills house and
Lena's Permaculture Garden in the 2011 Boroondara Sustainability Awards. Our house won the Sustainable Homes Gold Awards, and the garden got a Special Commendation.

My daughter Chloe and I accepted the awards from Mayor Heinz Kreutz at the Boroondara Council meeting tonight.
It was great to see so many inspiring house and garden projects in Boroondara.
